What is it?
Omasuuntima is a social and health care digital service for segmenting customerships. The introduction of the Omasuuntima service is possible in wellbeing services counties, the City of Helsinki and HUS.
Social and health care clients and professionals use the Omasuuntima service together. There are separate questions for clients and professionals: The clients assess their own resources and coping in daily life, and the professionals assess the challenges of the clients’ situation.
Omasuuntima’s customerships include self-service, community, cooperation and network customerships. Based on the customership, Omasuuntima guides the client and the professional to choose the most suitable path and services for the client. Omasuuntima’s questions help the client to understand their own situation. For professionals, the answers enable them to approach the client as an individual and in a way that empowers them.
