What is this?
DigiFinland’s Omaperhe is a national online service that brings together all information, support, and services intended for families at a single web address, supporting the family centre service package.
The Omaperhe.fi portal contains comprehensive content on issues such as pregnancy and childbirth, baby bed, childhood and youth as well as parenthood and relationships. Omaperhe promotes the well-being of families and makes the services supporting it more accessible. Finding information and support is as easy as possible. Omaperhe is a national service that also operates as an individual service for its own wellbeing services county. The intelligent service directs you to your wellbeing services county’s services in accordance with your family’s situation.
What’s next?
Omaperhe moved to the production version on 2 January 2023, and it is constantly being developed. The currently planned features include an event calendar, self-assessment and self-coaching related to different topics and a service directory.
What we do
We are responsible for the production and maintenance of Omaperhe. We support wellbeing services counties and organisations in the adoption of Omaperhe. There is a standardised deployment concept for service deployment, which is tailored to meet the needs of the region. We are also responsible for the further development of Omaperhe, that is, the implementation of new content and functionalities in accordance with the development plan.
Who is involved in the cooperation?
DigiFinland develops Omaperhe in cooperation with wellbeing services counties, the City of Helsinki, organisations, parishes and national actors.
