What is this?
The evolving digital service for well-being and health promotion (HYTE) called Tarmoa is an online service that makes services and functions that promote well-being and health in the well-being county, municipalities and the third sector easily accessible to both citizens and professionals. The national digital solution under development is a user-oriented and inspiring tool that complements other services promoting well-being and health.
Who is involved in the cooperation?
DigiFinland, Ministry of Social Affairs and Health (STM), National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL), wellbeing services counties, City of Helsinki, municipalities, organisations operating in the regions, Digital and Population Data Services Agency (DVV).
The HYTE service concept is being built in cooperation. During the conceptualisation phase, in spring 2023, we have established a co-creation network and created key structures for co-creation. The co-creation network already includes 21 wellbeing services counties and the City of Helsinki.
What we do
Together with our partners, we define a national service concept for promoting well-being and health, which improves the findability, availability, equality and accessibility of services that support well-being and health. By means of digitalisation, we are developing a service solution that supports citizens and the activities of wellbeing services counties.
What’s next?
In the multi-actor co-creation network in spring 2023, we have focused on examining the wishes and needs of end users for the service and specified and prioritised the content-related and functional solutions of the concept. As a result of the co-creation, the first version of the user interface prototype has been created.
The actual development phase of the service will begin in August–September 2023. During the development phase 2023–2024, digital solutions will be developed in line with the service concept. After this, the work will focus on maintaining and developing the digital solutions and supporting the wellbeing services counties in the introduction.
